Pff, I always was lousy at backgrounds... 
Anyway, I was trying my hand at anime, and I think it turned out okay. Believe it or not, that's the style I started out with. If you have noticed, then good for you.
This is Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, also my most favourite anime character ever and Nate Clark with long hair.
The joke here is he's holding a Crash Bandicoot crystal, which someone told him was the legendary Philosopher's Stone. If it's not funny, sue me. I still love him. 
Oh, and on a good note, I'm back. On a bad note, school's starting next Monday. :
